Sigma

Sigma provides interactive analytics directly on data held in a cloud data platform. Its workbook approach supports both high-level reporting and detailed exploration, helping business and technical users work from shared models without moving calculations into isolated spreadsheets.

Project steps

  1. Data Engineering & Analytics Modernization

    Reporting & Analytics Architecture

    Reporting Modernization

I led the redesign and migration of a reporting environment supporting a broad range of business, operational, engineering, and selected customer-facing analytics.

The work included dashboard migration, reporting standards, reusable templates, stakeholder requirements, and coordination across technical and business users.

    From Summary to Detail

Reporting was organized so that users could move from high-level views to progressively more detailed operational and engineering analysis without duplicating the same underlying metrics across separate dashboards.

    Self-Service Analytics

Shared data models and reporting conventions made it easier for teams to explore data consistently while reducing duplicated dashboards and isolated calculation logic.

The reporting layer covered use cases across renewable-energy assets, EV charging, project execution, finance, operations, forecasting, and reliability.

  2. EVSE Uptime & Reliability Analytics

    Reliability Reporting

    Portfolio-to-Charger Analysis

Developed reporting that allows reliability to be analyzed from portfolio-level summaries down to individual sites and charging ports.

This makes it possible to move from a high-level uptime indicator to the equipment and time periods responsible for changes in the metric.

    Customer-Facing Reporting

Reliability metrics were also integrated into customer-facing reporting, providing visibility into charger uptime alongside other EV charging performance information.

    Shared Reliability Metric

The same underlying data model supports operational analysis, internal reporting and customer-facing views, providing a consistent reliability definition across different levels of the organization.

  3. EVSE Uptime & Reliability Analytics

    Reliability Monitoring

    Shared Reliability Views

Integrated the uptime framework into recurring operational and customer-facing reporting.

    Portfolio Review

Reporting views supported comparison across the charging portfolio, sites and individual ports.

The same reliability definition was used across these views, keeping interpretations consistent.
